Your mission:
The Receptionist is responsible for organizing and managing all activities related to the functioning in proper conditions of the front desk. It is a person who displays great ethics and loyalty to the company.
Your responsibilities:
Phone and mail management
• operates telephone system – switchboard; directs calls for unavailable employees
• screens telephones according to given instructions
• has the obligation to maintain confidentiality about both incoming candidates data and existing employee data
• receives, registers and distributes incoming mail, faxes and post delivers
• orders courier services and dispatches ingoing/out-going deliveries to their final destination at the office and outside the office
Ordering, booking and scheduling
• orders office supplies for all PTC Eastern Europe departments, within a given budget and according to PTC policies
• keeps an orderly track of employees who leave for trainings and does scheduling for this
• assists departments/ employees who travel for business in scheduling and booking flights and accommodation
• books the meeting rooms and makes sure that all the necessary facilities and equipments are prepared for the meetings on time
• organizes company lunches
• organizes special events – ex: grand opening
Greetings and assistance
• greets all visitors courteously, determines their needs, and directs them to the proper person and/or office
• acts as assistant to Country Manager
• assists departments as requested or assigned Cerinte:
Your profile:
Minimum required skills:
• Excellent English skills, command of any other European language is an asset
• Preferably, experience in a multinational company on a similar position
• Detail-oriented, adapts quickly in a fast paced environment
• Hands on mentality and excellent problem solving skills
• Very organized individual and action oriented
• Composure and excellent customer focus |
