Account Manager -Public Sector

Romsys is actively seeking a proactive Account Manager who wants to join a dynamic fast growing company. A position is currently available for a results-oriented individual who will manage key account relationships and campaigns. We are looking for a consultative and performance oriented person with 3+ experience in Public Sector selling complex IT hardware and software solutions that can comfortably interact with General Managers, IT Directors and “C” level executives.

Job Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales opportunity while providing value added solutions to the customer
• Develop relationships with key decision makers, influencers and partners
• Initiates and develops strategic long term relationships with new clients
• Coordinates the making of the financial and technical offer according to the specific needs and procedures of each client
• Act as the primary point-of-contact for assigned clients
• Accounts and lead day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns
• Build a customer loyalty through coordination with customer service and other functions
• Manage effective working relationships with Technical Sales Engineers, Consulting Professionals and other Operations Managers.
• Consistently build and deliver on an accurate territory pipeline
• Travel within your assigned territory is required

Qualifications:
• A proven track record of significant quota achievement and demonstrated career stability in Public Sector field
• Prior sales experience in the Public Sector is mandatory
• Experience in closing large Public Sector deals
• Minimum of 2+ years sales experience related to Storage & Computing, ERP, Business Intelligence, e Business Network & Communication solutions, Security & Protection solutions
• Excellent presentation skills to executives & individual contributors
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education and studies:
• University degree in Computer Science or related;
• Sales, negotiation, presentation courses are considered a plus
• Hardware and software knowledge– advance level
• Very good knowledge of IT&C integrated solutions, of the present direction and context of the IT &C market
• Very good knowledge of English or any other international language
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
