Role:
Implement Product Acceptance Methodology and standards for IT projects, evaluate testing results and recommend solutions for production implementation. Plan and execute the UAT
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in IT solution evaluation and selection from testing point of view according with Product Acceptance Methodology and Project Delivery Process;
• Assure Testing Methodology is followed and provide Product Acceptance deliverables;
• Create UAT plan and allocate tasks for each system using internal tools;
• Testing effort evaluation for each system;
• Create, verify and execute test cases according to the testing plan;
• Provide UAT status and testing progress for each system by request or on a regular basis;
• Defect Management;
• Escalate in a timely manner any issue related to the testing and acceptance process;
• Provide feedback for IT solutions he is involved in;

Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant expperience in Quality Assurance area
• Operating Systems: Solaris, HP-UX, Linux, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003;
• Networking: TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP;
• RDBMS: ORACLE, MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres, Ingres;
• Programming: Perl, shell scripting, C/C++, Java, PL/SQL, T-SQL, Visual Basic, VB Script, PHP;
• Network services: telnet, ftp, ssh, http/https, SCP, rlogin;
• Specific testing tools: Load Runner, Win Runner, Quick Test, Rational ClearQuest, Mercury Quality Center (Test Director)
• Third party software: Tuxedo, Weblogic, Apache, Oracle Application Server, WebSphere
• Excellent level of English language |
