The goal of this function is to develop new IT functionality in support of business projects or to enhance the business capabilities of SAP solution. The development is typically based on analysis provided by Functional Consultant and approved by Senior APAB developer. This function is essential to ensure the evolution of the SAP encashment or custom ABAP solution internally developed with a high level quality.
Job responsibilities are:
• Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements the new and/or encashment of SAP Solution based on functional and design analysis document, and in line with the Delhaize IT development, operations and security standards and guidelines
• Ensures all these activities are executed within the agreed planning and budget, and continuously stays focused on delivering high quality solutions.
• Periodically ensures support of the applications delivered in production (level 3 supports).
• Following the Change management and Life cycle management policies and procedures of DG Group.
• Following the standards ABAP development of DG group

Job requirements are as follows:
• Graduate IT (Bachelor) or equivalent by experience;
• Minimum 4 years of experience in SAP Projects and good understanding of business processes in SAP related modules, such as MM, SD, FI and CO;
• Ability to deliver high quality results meeting established standards and expectations for the organization;
• Good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with SAP Logistics. Working experience in the following modules:
-Material Management (Article Master);
-Purchasing (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt, Logistic Invoice Verification);
-Inventory Management (Goods receipts, Goods issues);
-Sales & Distribution (Sales orders, Delivery notes, Billing Documents, Pricing);
• Previous working experience with SAP IS - Retail Implementation projects;
• Excellent use of ABAP, ABAP dictionary and good knowledge and exposure in dealing with IDOCs, ALE, BADI’s and BAPI’s;
• Specific experience required, is excellent SAP Data Migration (integrity & verifying data) and excellent experience in using tools like Legacy Migration Workbench & Data Transfer Workbench. Previous working experience with migration projects related with the following business objects:
-Article Master;
-Customer Master;
-Vendor Master;
-Site/Plants;
-Price Catalogue;
-Info Records;
-Source Lists;
-Article Initial Stock movements;
• Minimum 3 migration/conversion projects completed and preferred involvement in at least one (1) IS-RETAIL migration/conversion project;
• Good knowledge of English;
