Project Management responsibilities:

Configuration of the Global Panel Management System

  • Definition/amendment/creation of Business Processes, Workflows and dashboard
  • Setup the configuration in Production environment and follow-up with the client
  • Functional testing and debugging (also of existing workflows)
  • Assist the team in some basic database / Systems management

Integrate new country specifications in Global Panel Management System

  • Creation of the specifications from new country requirements provided by the client
  • Assist the client in country roll out and make recommendations
  • Assisting in final End to End testing

Education and training of the client

  • Organize trainings for local operations team to explain new functionalities
  • Track misusage of the system through dashboard and assist to correct the usage
  • Educate the client on how to make better use of the system for their benefit

Support local Client Operations teams in multiple countries

  • Follow up bugs, misunderstandings etc. Help the client to understand where needed.
