Purpose of the job

Organise the optimal functioning of the Business Unit in light of the predefined Standards in order to guarantee the realization of the strategical Objectives.

Accountabilities:

1. Organize and manage the operational Processes (Production planning, Manufacturing Efficient, Efficient Pre-maintenance) of the dedicated Business Unit in order to strive after year optimal functioning.
Lead & Manage the Manufacturing Processes of the dedicated business unit

Ensure That KPI's is aligned to the strategically Objectives in Cooperation with the different Departments
Guarantee the delivery reliability of the products and steer all of Influencing Factors (eg, order intake, planning parameters, capacity, bottle neck machines)
Guarantee work and optimally deploy new production means
Assume the Responsibility for the provided quality preventive and corrective actions initiated and
Following remarks Handle out of Audits, complaints, non-conformity and secure the Structured Processes after the root cause analysis

This includes the Responsibility & leadership over Following Processes: Production of Efficient Manufacturing Processes Planning Processes b c Pre Efficient maintenance activities

2. Define and review operational and Processes for the Business Unit strategy in order to optimize the process output of the Business Unit.

This includes among others the Following Tasks:
Define the yearly action plans, out of the Operational Management Following review and implement the Necessary Processes / actions to Realize the strategic goals of the company, related to the Business Unit
Make the SWOT analysis of the Business Unit and propose & implement continuous improvement actions
Define the Necessary actions & resources to Realize the goals
Implement the Necessary & Real actions & goals

Define the yearly action plans, out of the Operational Management Following review and implement the Necessary Processes / actions to Realize the strategic goals of the company, related to the Business Unit

3. Manage and reduce the manufacturing Costs (inventory costs, total production costs non-quality costs) in Cooperation with the Involved parties in order to efficiently realize the Organizational Objectives.
Manage and reduce the Manufacturing Costs That consists out of Following components: the Inventory Costs (planning) b Total production cost (Dir labor cost - var Costs - ind Labor cost - use of capital - Costs allocated fixed cost c Non-Quality

This includes among others the Following Tasks:
Detect Needs for new resources (eg Investments, New Employees, ...)
When critically analyze Possible alternatives has applied new resources (eg Investments, recruitments, ...)
Strive after year efficient use of the available time in Cooperation with the Responsible persons
Limit the Costs

4. Organize and manage the manufacturing resources Within the Business Unit in order to guarantee maximum efficiency or usage.
LEAD & Manufacturing Resources & Organize the department for maximum efficiency or usage:
a / Machines / buildings / tooling in the Business Unit (maintenance)
b / Lead Human Resources Following: - Team leader Planning - Production Support - Production follow up
c / Define & Organize the Necessary training plans to Improve the reliability & flexibility of Human Resources in the Business Unit
This includes among others the Following Tasks
Take Decisions on machine maintenance, building and tooling
Motivated and valued team members
Define and Organize the Necessary training plans.



5. Report to the local CEO with Regard to the defined KPIs and the matching action in order to keep them complained about INFORMED relevant information.
This includes among others the Following Tasks
Year follow up the predefined targets
Adjust WHERE Necessary
Report with Regard to logistics, production, quality, HRM and Financial date

Hierarchical MANAGEMENT:

manage a hierarchy of point of view - 51-200 people

As Business Unit manage himself: 1 to 10 persons. (Team leader planning, shop floor support - shop floor follow up ...)

FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT:

Dispatching and Following up the Employees' activities, Providing feedback with Regard to the Employees' activities, Providing feedback with Regard to the Employees' performances (within the framework of specific projects) WITHOUT fixing and Evaluating Objectives yearly.
