Population Services International (PSI) Romania is a non-profit organization founded in 1997 dedicated to motivating the consistent practice of preventive health behaviors among low income and other vulnerable groups through the use of behavior change communications (BCC) and social marketing techniques. BCC include the implementation of behavior change models through interpersonal communication (IPC) activities. Social marketing is the application of commercial marketing techniques to influence behavior and distribute health products at affordable prices.
