Principalele responsabilitati:
1. Suport Clienti: gestionarea emailurilor si apelurilor telefonice din partea clientilor, introducerea in sistem a comenzilor, transmiterea de confirmari electronice, deschiderea de tichete de deranjament etc. Acest proces nu implica sub nicio forma vanzari de produse sau servicii.
