“Cumparatorii sub acoperire” (shopperii) sunt persoanele care, pretinzand ca sunt clienti reali, realizeaza vizite sub acoperire in scopul evaluarii calitatii serviciilor prestate de comercianti. Acestia sunt in permanenta legatura cu Shoppers si actioneaza doar in baza instructiunilor primite de la noi. Din acest motiv, cumparatorul sub acoperire trebuie sa fie extrem de disponibil pentru a raspunde oricaror solicitari din partea companiei noastre, legate de proiecte. Companie de cercetare de piata si sondaje de opinie angajeaza operatori pentru Bucuresti si tara (toate judetele) pentru cercetari de piata si sondaje de opinie. Operatorul de interviu este persoana care recruteaza si intervieveaza respondentii pe teren, in cadrul unui studiu de piata, pe strada sau acasa, la domiciliul respondentilor.
