Responsibilities

• to support the commercial activities, as customer service reference of the company on different European markets via web, phone, e-mail and fax and occasionally on personal meeting.

• Day to day management of dedicated customer accounts, be the remote account manager of the given client and acting as the single contact point to the customer in the company’s organisation

• Handling the incoming orders, customer requests, follow up the distributions, promote actively the company’s products

• You will be working closely together with the sales team

• You will report to the Virtual Sales and Customer Service Manager on the day to day work
