Responsibilities and Activities

Understand software functionality, product concepts and usage
Do product features research and create documentation plans for product help system update.
Write accurate reference materials on products APIs and features, as help system pages, user guides, tutor...

Overview You will be working from Timisoara with a team of senior system analysts and project managers located in Brussels, Belgium and Timisoara, working on the development of an online shared services platform in the domain of document outsourcing. You will be active in the domain of document management, document generation, data transformation and electronic payments.
As IT Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for:

translating high level functional, business and product requirements into detailed specifications and test requirements.
assisting in the writing and maintenance of externally published technical documentation.
