Cautam o persoana cu experienta in dezvoltarea web (PHP) .- minim 2 ani experienta in dezvoltare web- experienta lucrului intr-un proiect de dimensiuni mari (portaluri)- experienta lucrului PHP, MySQL, Javascript, Jquery, Css / HTML.- Obligatoriu portofoliu: sa detina lista de proiecte web (site-uri) care sa sustina cunostintele mentionate mai sus.

ofera suport tehnic si non-tehnic prin telefon, chat si tichete;


acorda consultanta cu privire la serviciile oferite de catre ROMARG;


colaboreaza cu celelalte Departamente in crearea de tutoriale pentru activitatile online ale companiei;


identifica problemele clientilor si ofera solutii prompte, corecte si complete;


respecta standardele si indicatorii de calitate stabiliti de catre ROMARG (SLA, timpi de raspuns la tichete, etc.);


se perfectioneaza continuu si cunoaste permanent noutatile din mediul IT;
