•Mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorii – achizitionarea si receptia necesarului pentru deschiderea punctelor de lucru (case de marcat, role pentru casele de marcat, rulete, sigilii)
•Asistenta in realizarea activitatilor organizatorice aferente (evidenta/acordarea echipamentului de lucru si de protectie din cadrul departamentului exploatare: centralizarea lunara a necesarului de echipament de lucru si de protectie necesar, intocmirea contractelor de achizitionare si supunerea acestora spre aprobare, pastrarea evidentei echipamentului pentru personalul din statii).
