    Responsibilities, Achievements:
    ----------------------------------------------

    Manage the Core Network part - PS and CS - of ZAPP WIRELESS WCDMA/UMTS, CDMA2000 3G-1X and 1xEV-DO NETWORKS.
    •Coordinate the Core Network team for achieving the initial network performance goals and continuous improving the network performance. Monitor all key indicators and identify any system performance degradations, interprets and evaluates all necessary system parameters changes for a better overall performance of the core network and/or network elements.
    •Manage all functions related to Quality of Service parameters monitoring and enhancing.
    •Responsible for developing and validating the engineering studies for core network optimization purposes; supervise the traffic and performance analysis and reporting process; coordinate the network management platform administration for the most efficient and secure usage by both planning and operation personnel.
    •Develop Standard operating procedures for maintaining optimal network performance.
    •Coordinate overall Core Network capacity initial planning, acceptance and continuous optimization or upgrades of core switching network elements, for both hardware and software parts.
    •Develop cost benefit analysis for growth, additions and changes in Core Network System, value added services platforms etc.
    •Prepare related BOQ, supervise and document implementation of new software & hardware for Core Network System.
    •Coordinate the research and implementation of new products, features and technologies.
    •Coordinate and ensure proper testing and documentation of core network enhancements or changes participating to hardware and software acceptance.
    •Coordinate smooth integration of new services and capacity upgrades at the Core Network and VAS platforms level, plan and supervise the Billing Platform interaction, organize and provision for required reconciliation’s operation.
    •Coordinate Core Network team in offering Level 2 support for Technical Support Group and Operation & Maintenance Departments.
